Informed Guidance For Your DUI Case
Many state laws for driving under the influence (DUI) are strict. Pennsylvania is no exception. If you face charges for a DUI, even if you are a first-time offender, your future may be at risk. An experienced criminal defense attorney can make a difference.
I am attorney Alan Natalie, and I have provided legal assistance to Erie clients across several practice areas since 1989. I understand that these mistakes should not define the offender, and they certainly should not destroy your future. If you need legal support for a DUI or other serious traffic violation charges, know that I provide a free initial consultation.
You Face Serious Consequences
For your first DUI offense in Pennsylvania, you face probation for up to a half-year and a $300 fine. The court will also order you to attend traffic safety school. If convicted with a DUI with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .16 or more, you may even face up to six months in prison. The penalties for second and third offenses increase severely. A third offense could result in offenders serving as many as 24 months in prison.
There are ways to fight these charges. For instance, police officers sometimes use incorrect means of testing, or the machines may be out of date or faulty. I have the legal insight to help fight these charges and other charges you may be facing to provide the best-case scenario for your future.
